
PRE CONSTRUCTION
We will have a phone conversation to discuss the project type, timeline, goals, and budget expectations based on other recently completed projects. This is a free consultation to see if this project will be a good fit for both of us.
We will set up a time to come out to the site for a Project Walk-Thru. During that time we will discuss in more detail your goals and ideas for the space, take measurements and notes, and look for potential obstacles.
Based on the Project Walk-Thru we will put together a Preliminary Quote which will include the full scope of the work we will complete along with a preliminary price for the project. At this stage we will lay out projected budgets for all the selections items you will need to pick out in the next step.
At this point we will sign a Design Agreement and collect a design deposit. This will allow us to finalize any design drawings as well as set you up with our showrooms to walk you through picking out all the selections and finishes for your project (tile, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, etc.)
Once we have worked through the final design and any changes made along the way, we will assemble an updated Final Pricing and scope for your review to make sure we are ready to move forward.
We will schedule a contract review, address questions, and secure a 30% project deposit. Once we have signed the Contract and Deposit has been collected, we'll begin working on navigating approvals with necessary municipalities, ordering selections and finishes, and plan a project start date.
When it comes time to start your project, we will work to communicate with you through each stage of the project. We will keep you informed on our projected schedule as well as “quiet days” between stages. Every project we do is unique and will ofer its own challeges; but with good communication and Project Management we are confident we can bring you across the finish line to a space you will love!
